Q) Can I embroider items with these designs and sell them?

A) Yes, you are allowed to embroider these design on items and sell them.

Q) Can I resell these designs?

A) No, under no circumstances may you resell the designs purchased from Whimsical Embroidery Designs. You are not allowed to give them away, or transfer these designs in any fashion.

Q) If I sign up for your newsletter will you sell or distribute my information?

A) Never ever!

Q) How do I earn points?

A) Each time you purchase appliques or cut designs, you will earn points?

Q) Do I need to redeem my points right away.

A) No. Your points are for you to redeem whenever you choose to. It is your responsibility to keep up with how many you have. The website will automatically keep record of them, but nothing’s perfect.

Q) What happens if I purchase a design and there is something wrong with it?

A) Contact us immediately. We are not perfect by any means, but will do everything we can to fix our mistake.

Q) If I accidentally purchase a design more than one time, can I get a refund?

A) Refunds are not given, but contact us and we will rectify the situation as soon as we possibly can. It is, however, your responsibility to know what you’ve purchased. You can review your purchases at any time by logging into your account.

Q) If I purchase a design and change my mind, can I get a refund?

A) No. Due to the nature of the transaction (access to the downloadable files), a refund cannot be given, nor do we exchange designs. If we make a mistake we will rectify the situation.
